Every Purrtraits print is produced on demand by our print partner Gelato, which runs a network of local production facilities around the world. Your order is routed to the facility closest to your delivery address — so most prints are made and posted within your own country, cutting shipping time and carbon footprint.

Times below cover the full window from order to doorstep, including a 1–2 business day production step.

Digital downloads
Digital portraits don't ship — you'll get an instant high-res download as soon as your payment clears, and a copy of the link by email.
Tracking your order
Once your print leaves the production facility you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of every order in your gallery.
Lost, damaged, or late deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't shown up within 10 business days of the estimated window, email hello@purrtraits.shop with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no quibbles.
